My journey began as a Mathematics Teacher, where I developed a strong foundation in secondary education and classroom management. Since then, I have advanced through various leadership roles, including Assistant Principal, Middle School Principal, High School Principal, and Administrative Director.My expertise lies in curriculum design and development, data-driven instruction, and organizational leadership. I am passionate about improving educational outcomes and have a proven track record of effective school management and administration. My commitment to professional growth is demonstrated by my participation in prestigious leadership programs, such as the National Leadership Institute @MCEL and the ALAS Superintendent Leadership Academy, and my academic achievements, including a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University.
