As a Continuous Improvement Manager at SSE I am responsible for the development and successful delivery of continuous improvement initiatives into the business, managing project plans and improving performance and processes within the SSEN Distribution. As champion and ambassador for Continuous Improvement, I offer coaching and mentoring on the principals of lean into the business through the development of technical abilities and Lean methodologies. I provide guidance and support to the business and its key business contacts and share best practise on the utilisation of continuous improvement tools and techniques. I offer hands on support through deployment and delivery into a high-volume customer focused business, whilst improving both leadership and operational capabilities. Previous Job Experience - Process and Industrial EngineerAs a Process and industrial Engineer within AME at Jaguar Land Rover I had been involved with and covered the Launch of new products (22MY & 23MY). Ensuring Compliance with the Bill of Process, the Bill of Materials and the Design for Assembly. I had been involved and responsible for the Delivery of Processes, Tooling and Jigs to the line while using the 22MY and 23MY self-sufficiency plan of delivery. I gained experience in a pressurised environment driving our products through successful gateways (PCDS V3 and V4) by utilising cross functional collaboration in the resolution of 5F issues on projects and the tracking of resolution through to product launch, using a data driven approach and statistical analysis to understand the size, scale and impact of items for resolution.Specialty: Manufacturing, Operations, Lean Manufacturing, Problem Solving, Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, Leading Change through Technology and focusing on Continuous Improvement. I desire to be the best, I try to provide a framework to help kids develop themselves as players and people through football and football psychology. I also cover Talent Identification as an Academy Scout at Everton Football Club.
