Curate innovative event programming for our brick-and-mortar space in Midtown Manhattan, delivering engaging, mission-aligned experiences• Coordinate high-impact event pop-ups throughout NYC and beyond, expanding brand reach and community engagement• Serve as the primary point of contact for event partners, sponsors, and vendors, building strategic relationships to support growth• Manage and nurture key partnerships with affiliates and co-organizers, including MAPS, Superfly Event Marketing, Penguin/Viking Publishing, and major media outlets• Lead a full website redesign as Technical Project Manager, defining design direction, site hierarchy, and functionality to enhance user experience• Provide on-site support for large-scale events such as RESET, our signature themed no-alcohol parties, ensuring seamless execution• Act as Creative Director for both digital and on-site branding and marketing, maintaining a cohesive and compelling visual identity• Serve as Vice President and as interim CEO for Q1 and Q2 of 2025, guiding organizational strategy and daily operations• Collaborate closely with the CFO to balance budgets, optimize spending, and ensure the business remains profitable• Manage a team of six, delegating tasks effectively and fostering a high-performance, mission-driven culture• Report to the board of advisors with clear, concise updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities• Develop and deliver extensive pitch decks for board members and partners to communicate growth, impact, and strategic direction
