I am an experienced operations leader in UK financial services and currently Chief Operating Officer at Addition Compliance. My focus is on making sure the business grows in a controlled and scalable way which protects client experience, accuracy, information security and reliability. That means refining the operating model, tightening governance, improving MI reporting, and leveraging technology where it genuinely improves capacity and the quality of our service.Before joining Addition Compliance I led operations in various executive and senior roles at D’Arblay Wealth and Investec Wealth & Investment. I have worked extensively across the financial planning, investment management and wealth sectors, with responsibility for international books of business, strategic transformation, business resilience and the day to day running of operations teams. That mix means I understand both how firms want to serve their clients and what it actually takes to deliver that consistently.I am a Chartered Fellow of the CISI and am passionate about how better operations, data and technology can support growth of firms in the financial services industry and beyond.
