Key Responsibilities:Responsible for designing and delivering projects to boost diversity, engagement, and recognition, while delivering data-driven improvements and inclusive events across the Southern region of Network Rail. Also responsible for supporting local HR with Adjustment cases, as the Local Adjustments Points of Contact (LAPOC) for Southern region, using knowledge and experience gained from previous role as Network Rail\'s first ever Adjustments Manager. Key Achievements:Delivered a 21% increase in engagement survey participation and a 14% rise in engagement scores between 20••••25. Designed and launched a Two-Way mentoring programme in July 2025. Feedback shows that 100% of participants are satisfied with the mentoring experience. Organised major inclusion events that have been collectively attended by thousands of colleagues across the rail industry. Recent examples include sessions around reasonable adjustments, age, Menopause awareness, mental health, and White Ribbon Day. Have resolved numerous Adjustment-related employee relations cases, using knowledge and experience gained from Adjustments Manager role to achieve positive outcomes.Invited by Computacenter to speak at their Neurodiversity Celebration Event. Received highly positive feedback from attendees. Have mentored an autistic colleague for four years, using personal lived experience and knowledge to provide support and coping strategies.
