ABOUT ALESSIO TARANTINI
I have been working at RINA for over 10 years, taking on various roles and transitioning from a technical position to a managerial one.I began my journey as a Structural Engineer, specializing in offshore structures, subsea pipelines, lifting appliances, and related marine operations. With deep expertise in third-party verification services, I also developed strong capabilities in engineering and consultancy services.After about five years in a technical role, I transitioned into project management, developing expertise in managing complex tenders, overseeing contracts, and ensuring the successful execution of high-impact projects.Building on this experience, I stepped into a leadership role, guiding project management teams. I have combined my technical skills with leadership and vision to drive the growth of the service lines under my responsibility, starting with third-party verification services for Energy projects and, from January 2025, expanding into R&D&I.I am ambitious, passionate, and committed to continuous learning and improvement. I strive to create a collaborative environment based on the Leader-Leader concept, where people grow together, fostering a team dynamic where collective success exceeds individual contributions.
