ABOUT ALESSANDRA LAZAZZARA
I am an Associate Professor of Human Resource Management and Organization Studies at the University of Milan, where I also serve as Chair of the Bachelor\'s Degree Program in Management of Organizations and Work. I hold a PhD in Organizational Development from the University of Milano-Bicocca. My research explores the integration of artificial intelligence in HR processes, digital HRM (e-HRM), workplace inclusion, and job crafting. I am actively involved in national and international research projects in collaboration with companies and institutions across various sectors. I teach Digital HR & Analytics and Organization Theory at undergraduate and graduate levels and regularly contribute to executive education and faculty development programs in Italy and abroad. I serve as Associate Editor of Gender, Work and Organization and sit on the editorial board of The International Journal of Human Resource Management. I have authored numerous scientific publications in HRM and organizational studies and co-edited several volumes in the LNISO Springer series. Currently, I am Vice President of ItAIS (the Italian Chapter of the Association for Information Systems), and I recently published the book Intelligenza Artificiale nei Processi HR: Una gestione aumentata del personale (FrancoAngeli, 2025).
