UNDER EU-FUNDED PROJECTSI have extensive experience in design, implementation, evaluation, and monitoring of EU-funded projects, particularly within civil society, human rights, and justice sectors. My work spans across Europe, the Balkans, Africa, and the Middle East, with key responsibilities including:• Assessing EU call for proposals (EIDHR, CSOs & LAs budget lines), reviewing concept notes and full applications in areas of democratization, human and children\'s rights, gender equality, torture & inhuman treatment, and support to human rights defenders.• Evaluating EU-funded projects through the delivery of Mid-Term and Final Evaluations for public and private sector institutions, in education, training, and justice.• Conducting EU Results-Oriented Monitoring (ROM) missions across the Maghreb and Middle East.• Providing technical assistance and capacity building using Project Cycle Management (PCM) to support civil society organizations and local authorities, with a focus on gender equality, social inclusion, and participatory governance. Delivering training to CSOs, EC officials, private and non-profit stakeholders, and supporting the preparation of Expressions of Interest, Tenders, and Methodologies.• Leading the drafting and management of EU-funded project proposals in development cooperation and justice, with expertise in organized crime, succession, and family law. My work covered internal M&E coordination, international training events, budgeting and logframe supervision, reporting (technical, financial, and analytical), coaching, team building, network and workshop facilitation; elaborating questionnaires and conducting surveys, presenting at conferences.I collaborated with a wide range of international consulting firms on EU-funded initiatives, including: NIRAS, A.E.S.A, Altair, Particip, B&S Europe, EPRD, CONCORD, Femconsult, Integration, Italtrend, HTSPE-DAI, IBF, SOGES, SACO, Clean Clothes Campaign, ACRA-CCS, GFA, ICU, ARS Progetti.
