My specialty lies in Field Development, Reservoir Management and Mature Field Revitalization with a specific focus on leveraging my skill sets in reservoir / production engineering, asset management and strategic planning to optimize roadmap decision-making for project delivery.As a well-rounded Reservoir Engineer with 20+ years of energy industry experience, I have built a solid reputation as a multi-disciplinary project team partner who supports successful commercial activities, lucrative operations and new ventures across Alaska, California, Colorado, Kansas, Montana, North/South Dakota, Oklahoma, Saudi Arabia, Texas, Utah and Wyoming.Some of my career impacts include: Solving technical reservoir engineering and production operations challenges, accurately estimating production potential, and identifying/analyzing/implementing multimillion BOE projects. Advancing complex projects in reservoirs of all sizes and with diverse geological and fluid characteristics, produced under various recovery mechanisms and recovery methods (i.e, primary, secondary and EOR). Specializing in primary, secondary and EOR asset recovery in a wide range of projects of various sizes, characteristics, and challenges. National and international experience coordinating horizontal-drilling and special projects. Building on 20+ years of progressive career growth including Aera Energy (Shell & ExxonMobil), ConocoPhillips, Merit Energy and Saudi Aramco, with a track record of helping companies identify and execute profitable projects, optimize operations and build portfolios. Managing critical company resources by identifying production optimization opportunities and increasing economic value through well/reservoir surveillance practices in a wide variety of challenging assets. Estimating reserves including leading the corporate reserves processes and interacting with third-party stakeholders in relation to reserves preparation. Applying deep technical and business development knowledge to streamline processes across teams which include pioneering the implementation of Lean in the petroleum industry reservoir-management and operations space. Engaging internal and external stakeholders at all levels including C-Suite, Joint Venture Partners, Governmental Agencies and Third Party Auditors throughout entire business cycle: exploration, appraisal & piloting, field development, reservoir management and the revitalization of mature fields.
