Being raised in an environment where hard work and dedication has instilled in me the motivation to pursue a meaningful career. The ability to listen to others and take what they have to say and channel their advice into my life has been the best learning experience’s one could ask for. I believe to be an effective leader one must be able to listen and understand other’s opinions so that they can not only better the people around them but also themselves. In my future career I hope to inspire others to be the most productive and efficient workers possible. I want to be able to aid others with their problems and come up with solutions that can be implemented and are effective solutions. To be able to lead a team with a clear and critical mindset where all know the end goal is to create an inclusive and productive work environment. Being a passionate and ambitious person with the ability to quickly adapt to the changing work environment. My work ethic and dedication is what fuels my passions to have a meaningful career and hopes to create strong relationships with those around me.
