Supervised a group of 64 students ages 15-17 at an one month long sleep-away program consisting of lectures, recreational activities and reflections. I helped check in on students and maintain morale while ensuring the program ran effortlessly. I led a group of 8 students in a Design and Entrepreneurship challenge and helped them design a company to answer a targeted question. I helped them from idea generation to pitching to judges with expertise in the area! I also led the social media and a team of 9 students helping me run it.
