ABOUT ALEEMNA K WRAYE

For the past 25 years, Aleemna has partnered with company leaders around the world to design and implement organizational change. Her experience spans multiple sectors from technology to construction to energy and sustainability, but her goals in each of these has been consistent - supporting leaders to build the organizations, cultures, and results they envision. Her integrative methods challenge leaders to invest in the foundational health and viability of their organizations by creating a roadmap for long-term development for themselves and their people - even as they navigate the real-world, dynamic circumstances of their industries and marketplaces. More recently, she has applied these principles to stakeholder engagement and environmental justice considerations.Rather than relying on silver-bullet/expert-knows-best conventional interventions, her approach is inquisitive, deep and thorough, as she seeks to engage and connect as many people as possible from across the organization. The process itself builds alignment, consensus, and productive relationships.
