Global Part Family Manager - Motor @Bosch México

Serve as the Global Head and technical expert for the Motors Part Family across Platform / Customer and Series Projects.• Plan, align, and implement the global Part Family Strategy, including cross-functional alignment of Part Family Strategy and PLCM (Product Life Cycle Management).• Act as an expert in part technical requirements, manufacturing process, cost calculations, RPP and supplier know-how.• Monitor, in collaboration with PUR and PQT, the global capacity at suppliers for assigned part families (both series and pre-series).• Actively participate in SE-Teams, working closely with key interfaces such as Engineering (ENG), Purchasing (PUR), Production Quality (PQ), Suppliers, PPV-Project Leader Platform / Customer, and PPV-Project Leader in Series.• Collaborate with Project Teams, alongside the Project Leader, to clarify and address complex Part Family-specific topics. • Ensure the achievement of project goals at the part-family level in terms of Cost, Quality, Deadlines and Capacity.• Responsible for conducting TSDs (Technical Supplier Discussion) with suppliers for assigned part families.• Manage operative tasks such as target alignment, supplier nominations, and safe launches.• Serve as the Change Representative within the Global PFM Team for Motors, managing the SICR and ECR (Engineering Change Request) process and ensuring timely implementation with the BU-ECR Team.• Act as a Task Force Member, supporting task force activities when needed.• Collaborate closely with PM-L role in North America for strategic implementation.
