I am a Director for SLR Consulting leading the company’s Infrastructure Sector across our European business. I am part of SLR\'s European Management team that provides strategic direction and leadership in Europe, as well as interlinking globally with other parts of the SLR Group. Whilst increasingly I have more of a managerial role within the company, my technical heritage is rooted in environmental engineering advice, specifically, transactional due diligence, bio-energy, waste and resource management, resource efficiency and earth sciences. I have 30 years\' professional experience in the field of policy review and market providing insight, infrastructure development, strategic and business plan support, procurement advice, as well as operational service reviews.I have worked on a number of high profile bio-energy infrastructure developments working across a range stakholders including- industry (e.g, EOn, Viridor, SUEZ, Amey)- investment (e.g, Investec, First Reserve, Green Investment Bank, Gravis Capital, Foresight) and - Government (e.g, UK Government, Western Australian Government, Greater London Authority, Greater Amman Municipality) stakeholders. Previous experience includes working in the mining sector in Western Australia and as a water engineer in the South Pacific.
