Overview: Manage delivery of vendor services on behalf TD Bank for range of different engagement including staff augmentation, professional services and. Oversight end to end execution of the program with risk remedial control implementation. Drives governance and day to day operations with all stake holders and share report to ITS Leadership. Develop and implement risk and control monitoring program; oversight of remedial control implementation Develop a detailed process flow (onboarding, off-boarding, etc) with clear RACI Act as a Single Point of Contact with sourcing, third party risk compliance management team (Cyber security, Physical security, privacy etc.), legal, finance, business Manage all current and future state TPRM risk management program requirements (e.g. scorecard, Inherent Risk management A, ongoing monitoring) Drive renewal, negotiation and contracting along with sourcing and business, prepare business wrapper for contract and budget approval. Reconcile, monitor and evaluate control data to identify areas of risk and report to ITS Leadership Monitor ongoing operations like on/off boarding resource and manage central book of record, process invoice Validate billable hours, provide monthly accruals to finance and track spend against signed contract Monitor service levels agreement and objective of contract. Review in monthly and quarterly review with senior management Review of supplier provided reporting and evidences o Background Checks compliance, resources privileged access rights deactivation on a timely manner Oversee vendor risk and control management program to ensure ongoing effectiveness in identifying and remediating risk issues Ensure ITS operations in compliance with the Bank\'s risk and compliance requirements across all risk domains
