A highly motivated professional with many years experience in IT, the last 16 of which have been in roles including Project, Programme & Development Manager. This experience has covered many technical environments (Java, J2EE, CRM, IBM Mainframe & Integration of Package Solutions). It has included the management (full project lifecycle) of complex Software Development & Systems Integration projects, supporting Business Critical/High Availability systems.I have a strong mix of Financial Services and Broadcast/Media knowledge with the Financial Services experience covering many areas of Life & Pensions (Protection, Savings, Investment & Pensions) as well as Retail Banking.In addition to my strong IT Project & Delivery skills, I have also managed business-based projects around 6 Sigma and Process Re-Engineering, and have recently successfully completed the 6 Sigma Black Belt exam.I am comfortable communicating at all levels within an organisation and have built a considerable reputation for the strength of my Supplier & Customer Management skills.
