Project Manager responsible for the all aspects of project management and delivery - most recently Policy Admin Migrations & Bulk Purchase Annuity programmes.Responsible for delivering a 11 million policy data migration in 2020. In addition we delivered standardised and improved processes for our customers, including the introduction of new claims and calculations services. These processes will form the basis for the on-going data migrations that continue in 2021 and beyond which drives both customers and financial benefits.This was the first key project delivering using the newly developed agile methodologies.Key accountability included the liaising with varied senior stakeholders across multiple disciplines, business to technical, and across all layers of management.
