Now returned to the Production side - now as Group Production Director and now responsible for Production, warehousing, mailing and wide format divisions as well as retaining hands on interest in the estimating and commercial side for the whole Group - amongst many other things. Oversaw and managed much of the transfer of Hunts staff and machinery to BCQ during their acquisition. Managed sale of all surplus machinery - far exceeding book value and undertook a great amount of commercial, operational and productive tasks during the transition. More recently - working throughout the last 24 months of the Covid we have managed to retain workloads, staff and throughput as well as possible under difficult circumstances for everyone - but coming out the other side with and into the next wave of machine installations and projects to be handled and implemented.
