I have worked in financial services for over 20 years and I provide compliance and financial outsourcing experience on a contract basis. I have up to date working knowledge of investments, pensions, mortgages, banking and general insurance products and services. I am Diploma Level 4 qualified and I have further qualifications including the Certificate in Discretionary Investment Management, Certificate in Life and Pensions and Financial Planning Certificate (FPC).As an experienced Diploma Level 4 contractor I am able to quickly get up to speed when starting a new project in order to hit the ground running. I am able to provide expertise in compliance file reviews, complaints handling, quality assurance and remedial calculation queries. I am also experienced in people management and have regularly provided management to project teams of 20 – 30 people and technical training and support to project teams of 100 – 200 people.
