Alan has raised in excess of $45 million of private equity from 800+ individuals and corporate investors and, he arranged lease financing for over $575 million worth of equipment, for more than 50 different investment projects. After selling FNC to McDonnell Douglas, Alan stayed on with the company and helped it to increase annual sales to over $90 million. He also created two public limited partnership projects raising more than $80 million.Alan has been active in many charitable causes-22 years of on various committees of a 500-bed teaching hospital-eight years on Board of Trustees-two years as Chairman of the Board.Presently, Alan also serves as VP of Commercial Real Estate Sales, Leasing, and Development for Medway Realty. He has written two books on the subjects of real estate investment and leasing, a member of the Oakland University Presidents Club, Board of Directors of the American Ideals Foundation, Military Officers Association of Sarasota, and Advisory Board for the Army, Sarasota.
