At Sir Robert McAlpine, my role as TBM Mechanical Foreman centers on the construction and maintenance of Tunnel Boring Machines. Through my leadership, we achieved the ahead-of-schedule dismantling of TBM\'s, ensuring operational excellence without major incidents. My hands-on experience is complemented by NVQ Level 6 credentials in construction site management and NVQ Level 3 diploma in construction plant or machinery maintenance, which drives my ability to deliver complex projects efficiently. Solution-oriented and adept in handover processes, my competencies stem from a solid track record with Morgan Sindall Construction & Infrastructure. Here, my team and I successfully sank a 40m shaft for TBM assembly. The cross-cultural team collaboration and stringent adherence to safety protocols have honed my skills in fostering environments where precision and timely execution are the norm, laying the groundwork for continued success in large-scale industrial tunnelling projects. With a robust background in mechanical repair installation and tunnelling construction, my expertise lies in overseeing large-scale industrial projects, ensuring seamless handovers, and fostering solution-oriented environments.
