Platform Agile Coach for the IBM Z Mainframe team, responsible for organisation design, scheduling, delivering and supporting the Incubation of over 25 Pods globally and ongoing coaching.Instrumental in drafting of Platform Objective and Key Results (OKR)s and supporting the Pods to have better organisational clarity by developing their OKRs while aligning with the platform. Established a regular sync with the leadership (Platform\\Cluster Product Owners) in order to provide regular feedback and help remove the impediments to being Agile. Attending Pod cadence meetings and encouraging colleagues to engage with customers, prioritising the highest value work and focusing on continuous improvement.Chairing the Agile Community of Interest (COI) as physiologically safe, informal, interactive and community driven forum to support the wider Agile transformation. The COI is an open and vulnerable space for colleagues to ask practical questions and where we solve problems together.o Project managing the deployment of bespoke Mainframe compliance software across a diverse estate spread across eight countries with centralised reporting.o Compiling the Low-Level Design documenting the implementation details of compliance software in the bank and getting sign off from subject matter experts. o Detailed the software packaging, test and deploy process using cross functional flow diagrams and RACI matrix capturing roles and responsibilities between IT infrastructure and CyberSecurity teams.
