The Bank has a customer base of 14 million active UK customers and it is the 5th Largest commercial lender.I am part of the Bumblebee program team that is working on revamping and relaunching the Business Banking products of the Bank. In my role as a Business Analyst and Change Manager (Senior Business Analyst), below are some of my responsibilities:1. Collaborate with senior management and key stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.2. Prepare detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps by conducting detailed analysis of current business processes, systems, and structures, and engaging stakeholders.3. Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.4. Map customer journeys and processes to increase customer value and retention while reducing costs.5. Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions.6. Create change management plans, including communication, training, and support strategies.7. Monitor and manage resistance to change, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and engagement.8. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation.9. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status and outcomes.10. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.11. Develop and deliver training programs to support new processes and systems.
