I have experience in the preparation and implementation of Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP), Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA), Resettlement Action Plan (RAP), Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM), Gender Based Violence (GBV) & Sexual Exploitation Abuse and Harassment (SEAH) prevention & response, Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E).
