I advise institutions on structuring capital to strengthen local economies and communities.At the African Development Bank Group, I supported resource mobilization for the African Development Fund’s seventeenth replenishment (ADF-17), translating complex financing structures, performance data, and policy priorities into investment cases and donor-facing materials that contributed to a historic $11 billion in commitments. This work helped channel capital to low-income and fragile states while strengthening confidence in how public resources are governed and deployed.With 20 years of experience in strategic communications, diplomacy, and development finance, I work with governments, multilateral organizations, and investment partners to align capital, governance, and community priorities in support of economic development. I turn complex policy, financing, and performance information into strategies and narratives that build trust, support decision-making, and enable capital to be mobilized in ways that strengthen local economies. My work spans Africa, Europe, and North America in politically complex and high-scrutiny environments.I hold an MBA from Imperial College London focused on strategy, energy, and clean technology, with advanced study in sustainable urban development and the Future of Cities. My current focus is on regenerative economic development and strengthening community-level economic power.
