I work with CEOs and Business Owners that are seeking growth and financial independence. Many struggle with things like feeling isolated, making important decisions, sustainable growth, execution, leadership development, and taking on risk. I unite these leaders monthly via a confidential, non-biased, peer advisory board. Here, they form a trusted network of peers who are sincerely interested in helping each other and their businesses succeed. As a Vistage Board Chair, my job is to stimulate thinking, frame issues, guide discussions, limit tangents, and ensure accountability in the group. I am part facilitator, part coach, and committed to the success of these group members. As an Executive Coach, I meet with each member CEO for monthly private coaching. In this setting, we further discuss issues, gain additional insight into the challenges and/or opportunities they are facing, and when appropriate prepare these topics to be presented to the Board.This combination of peer collaboration and one-to-one coaching is part of what makes Vistage such an extraordinary platform for leaders.
