My focus is on businesses that recognise leadership in the diamond industry is built through structure, credibility, and consistency rather than short-term positioning.My connection to the natural diamond industry is both professional and personal. For the past 17 years, my father has worked as a diamond polisher at SRK, practising a craft defined by precision, patience, and discipline. His work has always centred on responsibility and trust rather than recognition. Growing up in Surat, the diamond city, I witnessed how skilled artisans, long hours, and quiet commitment sustain the industry. This exposure shaped my decision to pursue a career connected to the natural diamond ecosystem.Building on this foundation, I have developed a strong understanding of the natural diamond B2B landscape. I am familiar with the global institutions, compliance frameworks, and market mechanisms that define how the industry operates and evolves. My experience includes close familiarity with the De Beers sightholder environment, Responsible Jewellery Council standards, World Diamond Council initiatives, Natural Diamond Council positioning, CIBJO nomenclature, RapNet and Rapaport market systems, and the Watch and Jewellery Initiative 2030.Traceability and transparency are central to modern diamond leadership.
