ABOUT AKSHAY BAKSHI
I have an M.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering. I have studied two core modules namely Advanced Product Engineering and Material Science. 1) Applied Research Project: During the period of my studies, I did an Internship Biotec GmbH, Germany, where I experimented with various polymers and test their behavior under certain constraints by blended them thus enhancing the mechanical properties of the polymer. This internship was in collaboration with the Applied Research Project in the University. 2) Master Thesis: I have completed my Master\'s Thesis from Messer Cutting Systems GmbH, Germany. The topic of my thesis was,\"Material Flow Optimization with Lean Management Methods in Mechanical Engineering for Single Production\". Through the journey of lean transformation in the production facility, I have successfully come up with ideas to implement a lean culture and to find the solution of optimizing the material flow in the company.
