Monitoring and benchmarking EHS performance-Driving continuous improvements in EHS performance through, for example, transfer of lessons learnt between other project sites and adopting appropriate - Ensuring the EHS implementation across the sites & organization-Ensuring appropriate EHS training is provided to all employees-Assessing subcontractor compliance with EHS Plan-Assessing subcontractor work practices and EHS performance-Assessing of accident & incident investigation.
