Implementing best end to end o&m system (Including Remote monitoring of solar or wind) with HOTO from project phase or for new client with ensuring lowest per MW opex cost and achieving Annual PR in line with reference model of Solar plant; by following o&m qualitative practice as per global safety standards and best o&m practices with maintaining zero high risk incident and lost time injury policy. Worked in Project as well as O&M phase in Large Scale Grid based Solar Power Plant(Fixed, Seasonal tilt, single or azimuth axis tracking system,roof top) & Various types of Wind Turbine Generator of Suzlon Make. Presently involved with Juniper green energy Group as an Operation and maintenance manager for solar and wind portfolio in India. Interested to work as a Professional Renewable Energy Expert that can lead due diligence of solar and wind assets, streamline underperforming assets to right performing by finding root cause and correcting wrong methodology used during operation phase with proven track record.
