Managing HR Helpdesk, Billing for approx 200 crs, statutory Compliances for all type Vendor Partners. Presenting various Monthly MIS review and analysis.# Carried Engagement Survey & FGDs for 25k outsource employees in all categories and Strategized the action plan.# Launched program for Behavioral reinforcement, Health & Wellbeing, Family Counselling, Culture and Connect Program - Make-or-break moment - capturing onboarding exp.# Organised Theme and Format based Mega sports meet and it\'s closing for 3500 participants across 40 events.# Prepared & Faced Deming & Responsible steel audits & Arranged ISO- Train the trainer program.
