ABOUT AKHENATON LAZARRE
As a Rockefeller College Master of Public Administration candidate, and Political Science and Public Policy double major, I\'m looking forward to gaining experience in the field of local and international government, as one of my goals is to be an international representative in the policy field. So far, I have gained relevant experiences including interacting in the UNA/USA UAlbany\'s chapter through discussions around several issues worldwide including the Sustainable Development goals of the United Nations and the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Secondly, I\'m apart of the Student Association, in which I developed interpersonal, teamwork and leadership skills through working with the student body; and helped contribute to this community as a Secretary. Finally, I have engaged in several community services through an on-campus organization \"Pan-Caribbean Association. And even an off-campus organization called,\"American Red Cross- Service to the Armed Forces.\" My goal is to expand my network to learn more about the field industry. And future professional opportunities including internships, conferences, leadership experiences and many more. Being able to be part of THE CHANGE that the international borders needs would be very satisfying and rewarding.
