I’m an HR Tech & Talent Strategy Leader with 10+ years of experience helping organizations transform how they hire, engage, and retain talent. My career spans roles in enterprise HR and HRBP, HR consulting, and HR technology implementation, working with global organizations to bridge business goals and people strategies. Currently, as Implementation Manager at Darwinbox, I partner with CXOs, HR leaders, and cross-functional teams to design and deploy end-to-end HR solutions—from talent acquisition workflows and onboarding journeys to performance management and engagement frameworks. My work ensures that HR systems are not just implemented, but adopted, delivering measurable business impact. Previously, at Infosys, I led large-scale organization-wide HR programs, including compensation & benefits design to attract and retain top talent, annual & mid-cycle salary reviews, and pay-for-performance frameworks. I also ran engagement surveys to uncover actionable insights, influencing workplace culture and employee satisfaction across a global workforce. My background in computer science engineering and an MBA in HR gives me a rare blend of technical fluency and people-centric strategy.
