How I\'m spending my time? 1) Prime Estates : Prime is focused on growing our investment portfolio and focusing on 2-3 developments each year in parallel. Development returns then in turn go back into our investment base. Currently looking for- Land in or near major city centres that we can acquire STP. If outside of city centres minimum size of 1 acre. Preference is areas in or around Manchester or South Manchester- Commercial investment assets sought for long-term growth with value-add potential. We are particularly interested in roadside and industrial sites where there is scope to enhance value through rental uplifts, lease re-gears, or improving under-rented space currently let at below-market £/sqft levels. Focused on main arterial routes and high-growth locations- Unbroken blocks of apartments and small housing sites. We have a range of different tenant requirements for the above. We look for undervalued blocks- Our overall aim is to grow our portfolio with strong stable acquisitions. Focused on tenants with strong covenant strength for long term holds.
