Conceptualizing, building, and iterating on digital and human touchpoints including but not limited to: wireframes, user flows, journey maps, blueprints, visual screens, technical flowcharts, vision diagrams, and screen mockups.Design craft on the assets (mentioned above) with a focus on usability, implementing and evolving the NM design system (Luna), structure, visual and information hierarchy, typography, and more. Quality deliverables are measured on innovation and inventiveness, intuitiveness, simplicity, clarity, cohesion, concision, and on-time delivery. My workstreams are all a part of the company’s platform initiatives: NM Connect (Field) and NM.com (CX), building tools and services that allow for easier, more intuitive workflows across both digital properties.Responsible for reviewing analytics for a product, interpreting the behaviors shown in the data, and providing actionable design solutions to improve the engagement or usability of a particular digital property. This work is often done in conjunction with the product or engineering partners and a data analyst.Responsible for launching new projects and helping define the scope and goals of the work. This involves an early-stage strategy in collaboration with the product team. Design involvement includes: problem framing and definition, requirements gathering and articulation, whiteboarding scenarios of users, gathering and articulating technical constraints, co-creating timelines, and educating partners on the design process and pathway forward. Driving these discussions is an act of ingesting the requirements, framing the work in a design-oriented fashion, and aligning stakeholders.
