Including leasing space, construction projects and land development projects- Maintain Salesforce CRM platform with projects, contacts and KPIs for monthly reporting- Develop marketing materials in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop for use in-house, through direct mail, conference & trade show attendance, as well as distribute through various digital marketing channels- Manage and organize annual golf outing for economic development professionals with an average attendance of approximately 100 guests.
