Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, including production planning, scheduling, and quality control• Manage a team of workers, including hiring, training, and setting performance goals and conducting performance review • Ensure that all safety protocols are followed, and that the factory is in compliance with all relevant regulations• Work closely with other departments, such as engineering and logistics, to ensure that products are manufactured to the highest quality standards• Monitor production metrics and adjust as needed to improve efficiency and reduce waste• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve production processes and reduce costs• Manage inventory levels and ensure that raw materials and finished products are stored and handled properly• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure that production meets customer demand• Oversee the selection and purchase of equipment, materials and supplies• Budget preparation for plant and maintaining the plant expenses as per budget.• Taking accountability for the effectiveness of the environmental management & Quality management system• Ensuring that the quality & environmental policy and Quality environmental objectives are established and are compatible with the strategic direction and the context of the organization.
