As a Lead, I assign the positions to my team members, and explain the client expectations on the Job and set a particular deadline to find/fetch a good candidate for the positions Worked on positions such as- Java/Full Stack Developer, Front End, Back End, Big Data, Hadoop, Site Core Architect, AWS, Cloud Architect, Project Manager, Program manager, Business Analyst, Solution Architect.NET Lead/Architect, etc. Worked on Direct (FTE/Fulltime) and Contract Positions- W2, C2C. Understanding the client’s requirements and their priorities Deal with USC, GC, H1B, H4-EAD, L2-EAD, GC-EAD and OPT, CPT candidates as well. Briefing candidates regarding the job descriptions, company profile and career perspective. Screening the resumes properly according to requirement and desired skill sets. Negotiating rate/Compensation with the Employers / Candidates to meet target and gross margins on the positions To ensure the candidates to appear for the interview on the due date and time. Proper follow-up of the candidates for updating about the next steps. Providing relevant feedback to the candidates. Engage with the offered candidates until final joining. Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements In touch with employers /Consultants for future purpose and maintaining good relation for longer time.
