ABOUT AJAS ISMAIL

Ambitious Automotive Engineering graduate with practical experience working in various settings to complete projects involving electric vehicle technologies, autonomous driving, ADAS, and model-based simulations. Passionate to grow alongside a team of individuals and be well rounded in all aspects of the industry. Designed a navigation system for a UH formula student Electric Vehicle while pursuing my master’s degree. It gave me extensive experience using engineering tools such as MATLAB Simulink, IPG carmaker simulation software and AI techniques. During my bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical engineering, I was part of a four-member team to design a visual rendition using computer-aided design and fabricate a two seater EV powered by solar energy. My commitment to my professional development urges me to seek out challenges. I am an active member of the Society of Automotive Engineers, which helps me keep up to date with industry standards and trends. I am currently based in the UK, and eligible to work. I am seeking the right opportunity where I can apply my pre-existing skills, experience, and knowledge and continue to develop as a mechanical/Automotive Engineer.
