Accountable for multi-billion dollar megaproject delivery budgets (time and cost), program controls, major contracts administration, computational risk management, benchmarking, associated project delivery systems/tools, and portfolio reporting of all LNG facilities and construction, upstream infrastructure development (pipelines, meters, compressor stations, etc.), corporate development and strategy’s growth projects, and new facilities identification, selection, and development planning, including associated FERC requirements, and overall capital investments governance, compliance and audits. • Directs program delivery functional excellence services across the business, including LNG plant valuation, and the assessment, validation, and benchmarking of new opportunities and projects with peers’ investments across continents.
