Since being taken over by Labcorp, I have recruited for a number of roles across the business. I am the lead recruiter for Animal Technician\'s across our Huntingdon, Harrogate and Eye sites. I previously have experience recruiting for QA/CSV, Histology/Necropsy and a variety of other scientific departments. I work on approximately 70+ open roles at any one time and work at ease with high volume recruitment. I am currently the UK recruiter for Early Careers inclusive of Internship and Apprenticeship opportunities. My duties include: • Filling internal vacancies against set job specifications • Candidate Sourcing • Liaising with various hiring managers, holding requisition intake meetings and briefing meetings • Coaching and preparing internal applications prior to interviews • Attending college fairs and careers events. • Creating and producing weekly reports against KPI\'s. • Leading presentations with a variety of key stakeholders
