As part of the Life Science Quality & Regulatory Management Group, I have taken on a new role to Head up Quality Improvement supporting our Life Science Services CDMO Operations. In this role I will be spearheading the implementation of continuous improvement processes, driving quality assurance strategies, and fostering a culture of excellence across LSS CDMO operations. These initiatives are designed to elevate quality standards and maintain regulatory compliance. By collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, the focus will be to deliver high-quality services to meet & exceed customer expectations.
