My work at Positeeth is split between my time in Bristol and studying at Peninsula Dental School. As a dedicated team member, I manage patient communications, responding promptly and professionally to treatment enquiries, scheduling appointments, and addressing concerns to ensure a seamless patient experience. I have also taken on additional responsibilities within the dental lab, managing operations and administration. My role requires strong organizational skills, effective and friendly communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Whilst remote, I run online consultations for prospective patients where I provide patients with detailed explanations of procedures such as clear aligners, composite bonding, and teeth whitening. I also discuss pricing transparently, ensuring patients have a clear understanding of the costs associated with their chosen treatments.
