As CEO and Managing Director of ecx.io UK, an IBM Company, I have overall accountability for the strategic direction, commercial performance, and cultural health of the business. I lead the UK organisation within a high-performing digital agency environment, combining innovation and delivery excellence with the scale, reach, and capabilities of IBM Consulting and IBM iX.My leadership approach is grounded in the belief that sustainable performance is built through trust, empowerment, and clarity of purpose. I have led multidisciplinary teams delivering complex enterprise solutions that drive business performance, revenue growth, and improved customer and employee experience. Coaching, mentoring, and open communication are central to how I lead through change and complexity.I have a strong focus on Adobe technologies and content supply chain transformation, with deep experience across Adobe Workfront, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and enterprise content ecosystems. I work closely with teams and clients to ensure successful adoption, delivering faster time to market, meaningful organisational change, and measurable outcomes.Above all, I believe great leadership balances commercial success with genuine care for people and that empowered, diverse teams consistently deliver exceptional results.
