I was fortunate to get accepted into one of Frontier\'s first Cadet programs with ATP Flight School. I applied, interviewed, and was accepted into the program. The process involved personality profiles, HR interviews, and Chief Pilot meet and greets before being accepted. Once Frontier offered me a slot, the hard work started! I had to build my flight time up to ATP minimums, complete the Airbus A320 type rating at ATP Flight School, and then immediately turn around and start ground school at Frontier. The pace was fast, but ATP prepared us well. Since passing initial operating experience back in August 2023, I have been flying out of the Orlando base. My trips are really enjoyable and routinely take me all over the United States, throughout the Carribean, and even Mexico from time to time. The Airbus has been fun to learn and even more fun to fly.
