ABOUT AHMET İLHAN DINÇ

While pursuing my bachelor\'s degree in Industrial Engineering at Atatürk University, I had the opportunity to complete two internships in production and management. During my production internship at Hekimoğlu Döküm Sanayi, I had the chance to participate in projects focused on Forklift Efficiency Improvement and Time Study. I completed my management internship at Trabzon Silah Sanayi. In my final year, as part of the Graduation Project, I worked with a team of three on a Mobile Application project for the Optimization of the Distribution Network of Selçuk Ecza Deposu in Erzurum. This project was recognized as the third best in the department during the Atatürk University Project Festivals. I began my professional career as an R&D Engineer at Borsan Kablo. Later, due to a need that arose in the Planning Department, I was offered a position as a Planning Engineer. At Borsan Kablo, I had the opportunity to familiarize myself with programs such as IFS and QDMS and to develop skills in various areas including production planning, shift planning, sales planning, capacity planning, material planning, creating product structure, conducting product tests, launching new products, and improving production efficiency. Wanting to continue my career in the field of System and Process Development, I started working as a Process Development and Project Management Assistant Specialist at Sampa Otomotiv. At Sampa Otomotiv, I was involved in Process Development as a process drawing moderator on Ensemble for departments including Production, Production Planning, Warehouse, Human Resources, R&D, Engineering and Methods, and Procurement. I also had the opportunity to work as a Business Analyst on programs such as eBA, QDMS, and SAP. Additionally, I played a role as a Process Analyst in the Production, Production Planning, and Warehouse modules in the company\'s SAP S/4 HANA transition project. At Sampa Otomotiv, I worked in Project Management, Business Analysis, and Process Development. Currently, I am continuing my career as a Strategy and Process Development Specialist at Taha Giyim / LC Waikiki, focusing on Warehouse and Material Management.
