I am responsible for managing and delivering a £20M project with a deadline of summer 2023. This is a site-wide strategy to reduce carbon emissions associated with the heating of buildings in Central London. This includes reducing distribution heat losses through reducing operating temperatures and reducing pumping energy. I will also be managing the installation of low carbon technologies. • I am responsible for ensuring contracts are delivered to specified quality standards within parameters of ITPs, PD and Ops. • Responsible in identifying and managing risks to the project budget and timeline • Responsible for managing and liaising with internal stakeholders, from manufacturing to procurement to commercial sales team. This also includes delivering on contractual obligations and internal targets. • I manage the design process and approvals in accordance with design authority standards. • I manage the technical delivery of the project. This is by using tools such as HYSIS, AutoCAD and Process and Instrumentation (P & ID) to review drawings of sub-contractors before submitting it to clients. • I am responsible in managing principal subcontractors and specific skill requirements for delivering the project. • I am responsible in communicating adaptively to clients and external stakeholders and being the main point of contact for the project.
