ABOUT JABRAN AHMAD TARIQ

My academic background includes a Master of Architecture with a specialization in Architecture, Landscape & Archeology from Sapienza University of Rome, Faculty of Architecture, Italy, and a Bachelor of Architecture & Design from Beaconhouse National University BNU, School of Architecture,(RhSA), Pakistan. Throughout my career, I have been proficient in various software tools, including Rhino, Vray, Sketchup, QGIS, 3ds Max, Lumion, and Adobe CC. I have also attended design workshops in Rome and Naples on urban regeneration, heritage, and futuristic master planning. My experience in architectural and archeological surveys, excavation, and documentation of archeological artifacts has enabled me to create 3D digital models of sites using drone photogrammetry, laser scanner, point clouds, and Autodesk RECAP software. I have also worked with professional conservators to record details of restoration procedures, repair damages, preserve materials, and prevent objects from deteriorating. In my most recent role as a Project Architect at EMN\'AY Design Development and Construction Project Management, I focused on residential, healthcare, schools, offices, restaurants, and infrastructure projects. I supervised both architectural and urban commissions, oversaw design development from schematic design to building documentation and site supervision, combining 2D and 3D development in AutoCAD, Rhino, V-Ray/Lumion 3D rendering, visualization, and construction drawing sets. I proposed and designed state-of-the-art hospital facilities like ICU, CCU, and OT, ensuring that healthcare design and management work hand-in-hand to provide the highest quality patient care. As a Project Administrator at Mace Group Ltd, Workplace Property Dept, I managed a portfolio of 17 bank branches, executing 7 mainstream projects of branch opening, relocation, locker movement, vault design, and establishing well-being spaces in the office environment. Being a project administrator with an architectural background, I played an integral role from the stage of the initial client brief to project delivery. I am a fluent communicator in English and Urdu and have elementary proficiency in Italian and Portuguese. I am eager to extend urban-scale projects and participate in international design competitions while focusing on residential, healthcare, schools, offices, restaurants, and infrastructure projects.
