I have become skilled at listening to customers, understanding their needs, and providing the work to deliver quality service and products. Global Greens, LLC is a prime example of my firm understanding of the market. A colleague had created the idea for a salad catering service but for 11 years struggled to get the business going. I was able to help him create a profitable business with high demand within 6 months of collaboration. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: With an entrepreneurial spirit and background I have gained experience in creating successful businesses from the ground up and initiating the proper policies and procedures to keep them going. My specialty is in food service, but I have worked in the professional world in Human Resources, Customer Service and Community Service. At ADP I undertook a project that was unable to be solved for 10 years prior, my results yielded a 65% workload reduction after solving the issue. While managing my food truck, I created a recipe that quickly yielded large portions of a sauce for a very popular dish. Where customers previously had to endure long waits or endure product sellouts, I was able to solve the problem and create more revenue. LEADERSHIP: Throughout my career I have been able to train and mentor others to achieve goals and perform according to company standard.
