My role spans direct-to-consumer, wine club, on-site experiences, events, trade, and early-stage export, with a focus on building sustainable revenue, premium brand positioning, and long-term growth.• Creating and delivering sales and commercial strategies aligned with annual growth targets• Driving direct-to-consumer sales through cellar door, e-commerce, tours, tastings, and events• Leading the launch and development of the Bluestone Wine Club, building recurring revenue and customer loyalty• Designing and running on-site experiences, including tours, tastings, and member events, to increase conversion and average order value• Managing external sales channels including farmers’ markets, Christmas markets, corporate events, and private tastings• Developing and managing trade relationships with retailers, hospitality, and on-trade partners• Supporting early-stage export development through embassies, importers, and international partnerships• Leading pricing, promotional planning, and product positioning across channels• Representing the brand at trade, consumer, and industry events• Monitoring performance through sales reporting, KPI tracking, and commercial analysis
